In that case, you have to send us the products in original boxes with all original packaging materials, including all accessories enclosed in that carton.
Vipop reserves the right to charge a fee if any of the original materials is missing. Vipop will refuse the return if products are not in the original condition, with all tags attached. In that case, Vipop will not exchange the goods or refound you.
