Delivery, Return and Exchange

1. Shipping Policy

Currently Vipop ships all around the world. Every single products can be shipped in different countries. You just have a look at the shipping table.
You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Vipop’s teams will try their best to meet these estimates but they cannot guarantee that such estimates must be respected.
When you decide to make an online order, at the end you will have the final price with the shipping costs, and in case, tax and duties.

2. Delivery

All orders placed on the Website are subject to product availability and will be delivered according to Vipop’s shipping policies.
Vipop will use all the best to deliver the goods to you on the delivery date that we notify to you. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods.

3. Return Policy

Vipop extends a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from Vipop.
You shall examine the products that you purchased and notify us by email, filling out the Return Authorisation Document, any defects or problems with the size, colors etc., within seven (7) days from the date which the products are delivered to you. Subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy, we will exchange or refund, at our discretion. In that case, you have to send us the products in original boxes with all original packaging materials, including all accessories enclosed in that carton. Vipop reserves the right to charge a fee if any of the original materials is missing. Vipop will refuse the return if products are not in the original condition, with all tags attached. In that case, Vipop will not exchange the goods or refound you.

Exchange or Return Process
In order to return or exchange a product, you must first obtain by Vipop an email with the Return Authorisation Document you sent. Any merchandise returned without the reference number assigned by Vipop with the Return Authorisation Document will not be eligible for exchange or return.
After receiving the reference number, the Final Customer will have seven (7) days to send the Goods at the address and according to the terms that Vipop will specify in the Return Authorisation Document.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy, you should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks after Vipop collect your return product.
Any gift or promotional items shall be returned together with the return products.
