Vipop extends a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy for all products purchased directly from Vipop.
You shall examine the products that you purchased and notify us by email, filling out the Return Authorisation Document, any defects or problems with the size, colors etc., within seven (7) days from the date which the products are delivered to you. Subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy, we will exchange or refund, at our discretion. In that case, you have to send us the products in original boxes with all original packaging materials, including all accessories enclosed in that carton.
Vipop reserves the right to charge a fee if any of the original materials is missing. Vipop will refuse the return if products are not in the original condition, with all tags attached. In that case, Vipop will not exchange the goods or refound you.
